Additional Materials
List all of the components within the Additional Materials. Additional Materials contain the remaining artefacts that do not necessarily change with each software version, iteration or lodgement (such as manuals, blueprints and designs).

The Vendor is the developer, owner, manufacturer or re-seller of the software

The trading name of the Vendor



The name and email of the first Vendor company director who will sign the Escrow Services Agreement



The name and email of the second Vendor company director who will sign the Escrow Services Agreement. If the Vendor is a Sole Director company, a witness will be required for your Escrow Services Agreement


List all of the names of any Key Persons of the Vendor who - in the event of their incapacitation in any way, would trigger a Release Event. A Release Event is a condition or event that once met invokes a process that may result in release of Materials by the Escrow Agent to the End-User
